Add option to only allow payout address change using new sign message with bitcoin address feature. (#51)

This proposal provides for a 3rd, more private option to secure your payment address.

Currently you can secure your payment address by locking it permanently in addition to the default of email validation of changes to address. Email verification is a privacy and security risk, and locking is, permanent. This proposal will allow address changes at will with cryptographic security and no compromise of privacy.

  • Thanks for the proposal. Currently, wallet lock can be removed by singing a message with your address. So it is no more permanent. The fact is that this feature is not well documented yet so we need to improve the documentation. I'll create an internal ticket to change it. Is this solution ok for you?
